📋 Description

• Manage configuration and maintenance of Benefit Plans • Manage configuration and maintenance of Assignment Plans • Manage configuration and maintenance of Provider Contracts • Manage configuration and maintenance of Reference Tables • Manage configuration and maintenance of Rule Metadata • Manage configuration and maintenance of BPA configuration components used in claims adjudication • Support configuration governance and release management • Troubleshoot and provide production support • Apply Medicaid reference data knowledge to claims, provider enrollment, reimbursement, audits, and policy administration

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience as a Reference SME • Strong expertise in Medicaid Reference Configuration • Strong Oracle, C, and Pro*C expertise • Proficiency in C Programming • Proficiency in Pro*C • Proficiency in Oracle SQL • Proficiency in PL/SQL • Proficiency in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting • Proficiency in Batch Processing • Deep BPA configuration knowledge • Provider Contract and Benefit Plan maintenance experience • Rule Metadata and Rule Sheet management experience • Configuration governance and release management expertise • Strong troubleshooting and production support capability • Ability to manage Benefit Plans, Assignment Plans, Provider Contracts, Reference Tables, Rule Metadata, and BPA configuration components used in claims adjudication • Deep understanding of Medicaid reference data structures and their impact on claims, provider enrollment, reimbursement, audits, and policy administration
