📋 Description

• Develop and deliver training programs aligned to prior authorization processes, clinical criteria, and account-specific updates to support pharmacy operations teams • Partner with leadership and account teams to create and maintain training plans, onboarding materials, and ongoing learning content • Leverage clinical expertise in pharmacy benefits, Medicaid/Medicare guidelines, and drug review processes to ensure accuracy and compliance in training materials • Facilitate engaging training sessions using virtual tools, ensuring effective knowledge transfer for new hires and tenured staff • Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting and analyzing participant feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement • Collaborate cross-functionally to support clinical review processes, including prior authorization updates, PDL criteria, and process enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license (U.S.) required • 2+ years of experience in managed care, pharmacy benefit management, or related healthcare environment • Strong knowledge of Medicaid and/or Medicare programs, including prior authorization and preferred drug list (PDL) processes • Experience developing and delivering training content or educational programs • Proficiency with virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint)
