📋 Description
• Manage functional areas or department account leads on large accounts • Identify and manage implementation of process improvements • Manage and develop demand forecasts with account teams • Monitor spending for adherence to budget plans • Resolve issues and determine appropriate course of action • Manage and ensure delivery of projects that meet client expectations
🎯 Requirements
• 13 or more years of experience in pharmacy testing strategy and execution • Knowledge of NCPDP D.0/F6, PDLs, DUR, rebates, encounters, and financial cycles • Experience with multi vendor, onshore/offshore testing teams • Ability to validate requirements and ensure regulatory compliance • Establishing and reporting on testing KPIs and quality metrics
