📋 Description

• Develop and maintain an integrated Master Work Plan • Work with the Account Team to establish a standardized work breakdown structure integrating multiple Microsoft Project schedules • Implement project scheduling controls on the Account or Program • Ensure scheduling processes, tools, and methods are operated consistently • Coach and support the PM team on project scheduling processes • Facilitate the design, development, and ownership of portfolio, program, or project plans • Identify, log, and monitor milestones and internal/external dependencies • Facilitate Dependency Workshops and Dependency Review Workshops • Maintain and update plans, advising on forecasted milestones, missed dependencies, critical path analysis, and impact assessments • Implement and maintain consistent and effective reporting aggregated for the Portfolio/Program • Ensure product-based plans include activities, time, and resource estimates for risk mitigation • Ensure quality review activities and associated time are allocated realistically • Analyze interfaces and dependencies between projects and recommend actions for anomalies or areas of concern • Track and maintain dependencies • Identify and report deviations and trigger exception reports when appropriate • Provide estimating support to the Portfolio/Program/Project • Check schedule health using the schedule quality analyzer tool, including generation of Earned Value metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Overall experience minimum 14 years • Nine or more years of experience in project management (PMO) • Five or more years of working experience as a Master Scheduler using MS Project • MS Project Online/Server experience preferred • Experience managing effort-based schedules • Ability to work the afternoon shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST
