📋 Description

• Own the technical vision and delivery execution. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering leaders to align work with business needs. • Ensure the codebase and platform supports rapid product development across multiple products and geographies while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational excellence. • Attract, retain, and develop top-tier engineering talent. • Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and customer-centric thinking. • Manage multiple remote engineering teams across platform and framework domains. • Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable engineering practices. • Drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available SaaS services and data engineering pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent experience. • 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years of proven experience in leadership roles, preferably within mobile and web domain, including backend. • Deep expertise in designing and managing cloud-based solutions with a strong focus on resiliency. • Strong understanding of agile development principles and tools. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. • Experience with AWS (or other public cloud infra) and modern stacks. • Experience working in a regulated industry. • Experience working on banking backends, particularly cores/ledgers, is a plus. • Bi-Lingual Spanish/English is a MUST.
