📋 Description

• Plan, set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing) • Conduct keyword research, define audiences, and implement advanced segmentations • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS • Configure and monitor conversions and integrations with Google Analytics and CRM • Prepare clear reports and performance analyses for clients and the internal team • Attend alignment meetings and present results • Run A/B tests and propose continuous improvements to processes and campaigns • Stay up to date on trends and platform updates • Collaborate with content, design, and commercial teams to maximize results

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields (completed degree is a plus) • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications (preferred) • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (RD Station, HubSpot, Kenlo) • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns (required) • Plus: experience in the real estate market
