📋 Description

• Ensure excellence and compliance of tax routines related to services, focusing on quality, deadlines, and adherence to current legislation: • Calculate and report taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRRF and INSS), ensuring accuracy in calculations and compliance with deadlines; • Prepare and submit ancillary obligations, such as EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb and municipal filings; • Review and validate tax documents (NFS-e), ensuring consistency of information; • Be responsible for reconciliation and fiscal closing of services received; • Support the accounting department with tax reconciliations and tax provisions; • Respond to internal and external audits, as well as inspections, providing technical support and organizing required information; • Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation, proposing improvements and ensuring correct application in processes; • Use Excel as a tool for analysis and automation of tax controls and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; • Intermediate Excel skills; • Experience with SAP is desirable; • Experience with tax routines for services and withholding taxes; • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting tax deadlines; • Availability to work during fiscal close periods.
