📋 Description

• Active sourcing and direct outreach via LinkedIn, XING, and other channels • Attracting SAP and IT talent to GAMBIT • Conducting initial interviews and qualifying candidates • Supporting candidates throughout the application process in collaboration with the relevant departments • Building talent pipelines and maintaining relevant contacts • Ensuring a professional candidate experience • Coordinating recruitment agency partners and aligning on ongoing search assignments • Reliably managing the applicant tracking and recruitment process • Developing recruiting activities, including AI-supported approaches and recruitment marketing • Increasing employer brand visibility on LinkedIn, XING, kununu, and through university networks

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for active sourcing and the targeted identification, outreach, and recruitment of SAP talent • Comprehensive understanding of recruiting and applicant management • Structured, self-directed approach to work • Experience or competence in administrative, organizational, and planning-related recruiting tasks • Interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing • Willingness to explore AI and new approaches in recruiting • Clear, reliable, and respectful communication • Ability to reliably keep track of multiple search assignments and process steps • Enjoyment of building long-term relationships with talent • Initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm for shaping processes • Strong team skills and a professional approach to handling sensitive applicant information
