📋 Description

• Run your own 360-degree desk from the first client call through contract signing • Engage with CTOs, Practice Leads, and founders; pitch to clients, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms • Develop existing client relationships and win follow-on projects from successfully filled roles • Conduct role briefings independently and identify suitable candidates • Find candidates through Boolean Search, LinkedIn, XING, and telephone sourcing • Guide both sides through interviews, feedback, offers, and negotiations through to signing • Acquire target clients by phone and win recruitment mandates • Manage accounts using numbers, data, and facts • Ask about the next role and request referrals • Take responsibility for revenue, time-to-fill, and client acquisition and retention

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment consultancy or an agency environment • Experience managing clients and candidates in 360-degree recruiting • Enjoy cold calling and acquiring new clients through referrals • Ability to defend and justify a fee • Proficiency in Boolean Search • Experience using LinkedIn Automation, Clay, GitHub, or Stack Overflow to identify passive talent • Confidently engage with Practice Leads and C-level executives as a peer • Willingness to take full responsibility for client and candidate processes • This is not a pure delivery or pure sourcing role
