• Provice clarification and direction to the assigned territory regarding visual in-store experience and brand initiatives. • Collect feedback and offer future recommendations regarding product assortments. • Demonstrate a strong working relationship with the DM’s. • Lead in store visits focusing on presentation and identifying business opportunities. • Facilitate seasonal workshops and district conference calls. • Provide “in the moment” coaching, training and feedback. • Resolve store-specific merchandising challenges. • Manage budgets to ensure effective use of company resources. • Identify specific market issues and develop solutions. • Build effective relationships with Field and HQ business partners. • Communicate with supervisor and Field Visual Team to share creative ideas and best practices. • Manage consistent training and development in the Field.
