📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams designed to minimize harmful disruption while driving the organizations forward • Develop change management, rollout, training, and certification / QA programs for new initiatives including product launches, new tool introduction, and other strategic priorities • Manage onboarding for Sales and Account Management teams end-to-end including pre-recorded content, live education sessions, and live certification • Collaborate with Sales / Account Management leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on the design and rollout of training programs related to messaging, workflows, and tools • Manage content and collateral across the LMS, Google Drive, and other repositories • Define and track KPIs related to the effectiveness and impact of enablement initiatives such as rep ramp time and individual win rates in the context of the broader business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or similar GTM enablement / training function at a large organization OR 5+ years related experience in management consulting • 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role with a track record of success • Knowledge of B2B Sales required • Experience in health insurance strongly preferred • Bachelors degree required, Masters or other advanced degrees a plus • Willingness to dive in and solve problems in ambiguous or murky situations with a focus on simplification and clarity • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Garner does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.
