📋 Description

• Lead team-level technical strategy and execution on multi-quarter time horizons • Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems • Uplevel engineers across the organization by raising the technical bar • Collaborate across disciplines to understand our domain and iterate on projects • Protect our users’ privacy and security through best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience • Experience leading teams of engineers with demonstrated impact on technical strategy • A generalist software engineering mindset ready to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques required for a fast paced startup environment • Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents (we use Claude Code) • Able to learn quickly and mentor others • Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
