📋 Description

• Legal research: surveying case law and doctrine, analyzing legislation, and identifying precedents; • Drafting procedural documents: initial complaints/petitions, answers and defenses, appeals, objections, various filings, and legal opinions; • Case analysis and management: risk and contingency assessment, case monitoring, updating systems (internal Legal Desk), and preparing reports; • Strategic support and client service: collaborating on strategy development, client attendance (under supervision), and document organization; • Participation in hearings and external diligences (court appearances and external proceedings).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Civil Law and Civil Procedure. • Active OAB registration (bar membership) in good standing. • Proficiency in English. • Experience with Legal Desk. • Experience with Microsoft Office tools. • Knowledge and/or practice in Family Law and Succession/Inheritance matters. • Knowledge and/or practice in Tort/Civil Liability. • Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Code. • Knowledge and/or practice in Corporate/Business Law.
