🎯 Requirements
•学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、金融工程、区块链技术等相关专业优先。 •工作经验：8年以上互联网产品管理经验，其中至少5年深耕WEB3或虚拟货币领域，主导过至少1款成功上线且具有一定市场影响力的WEB3产品。 •熟悉Uniswap V2/V3的原理和区别，熟悉Pump、Virtuals、Gmgn等交易平台的玩法和产品逻辑，熟悉1inch等聚合交易的产品原理及拆单算法，熟悉Stargate等头部跨链桥的产品原理。 •熟悉市场各类web3钱包的产品机制和优劣势，熟悉区块链底层技术包括但不限于智能合约、Defi、钱包、Dex等，对主流公链和热门链的技术方案和差异比较了解，熟悉Ethereum、L2、Solana、BTC等各种生态，对ERC20协议资产、NFT、铭文、符文、DeFi资产的适用范围和差异点。 •行业资源：拥有丰富的行业人脉资源，与知名区块链项目方、行业专家、投资机构等保持良好合作关系者优先。 •综合素质：具备卓越的领导力、战略眼光和创新思维，能够在复杂多变的环境中做出明智决策；拥有出色的沟通协调和团队管理能力，能有效整合资源，推动项目落地。 •具备强大的创新思维和推动力，结果导向，注重实际效果和业务增长
