• Global leader in Energy-as-a-Service offering dependable, scalable, and cost-effective power solutions • Position is based in the Caribbean region, focusing on commercial growth and partnerships • Identify opportunities in utilities, oil & gas, mining, and industrial manufacturing • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft client-specific proposals • Monitor energy market trends (thermal and renewable energy) and deliver impactful presentations
• Degree in Engineering or a related field • Fluency in Spanish and English • 10+ years of experience in energy sales or energy-related projects/solutions • Strong client network and established relationships with key market players • Customer-focused, results-driven, and adept in consultative selling • Ability to manage the sales cycle effectively, using appropriate tools and methodologies • Skilled in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional business correspondence (in both languages) • Proven ability to develop, secure approval for, and execute sales strategies and budgets • Familiarity with both thermal and renewable energy markets
