📋 Description
• Lead the design of solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Core, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives. • Translate business requirements into technical architectures and implementation roadmaps. • Provide technical leadership in multi-cloud Salesforce environments, integrations, and third-party applications. • Define and enforce governance, design standards, and implementation best practices. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Marketing/CRM teams to ensure end-to-end solution quality. • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, presenting architectural alternatives and recommendations. • Support pre-sales and discovery processes with technical assessments and solution proposals. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (LGPD, GDPR, etc.). • Guide development teams on automations, personalization, data models, and integrations between Marketing Cloud, Core, and external systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Lead. • Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, Personalization, APIs). • Strong knowledge of Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience). • Experience with data integrations, APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. • Desirable Salesforce certifications, such as: • Marketing Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Developer • Application/Technical Architect • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. • Fluent English (mandatory). • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban). • Nice to have: • Experience with Salesforce CDP, Datorama/Intelligence, or Interaction Studio (Personalization). • Knowledge of CRM strategies, the Martech ecosystem, and customer lifecycle management. • Previous experience in consulting or multi-industry projects.
