📋 Description
• Centralize the management of service contracts associated with Delivery projects • Review and monitor the correct registration of initial budgets in management dashboards • Review and manage budget adjustments • Supervise budget deviations at the portfolio level • Monitor and reconcile hours reported in certification dashboards • Consolidate hours eligible for compensation • Reconcile paid hours vs. compensations in dashboards • Monitor project accounting by validating confirmed payments • Oversee the billing process • Record, monitor, and update each project's Service Contract • Calculate automatic bonuses • Prepare quarterly compensation reports
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management or a related field • 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles in project management, budgeting, or finance • Experience with tools such as Monday.com and Vtiger CRM • English level: Advanced (C1-C2)
