📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers • Transform product and technical specifications into production-ready front-end and back-end code within an agile 3-week sprint process • Manage project priorities, sprint planning, and resource allocation • Support team member growth through performance feedback, skill development, and career guidance • Build and maintain React front-end applications focused on performance, usability, and clean architecture • Design, maintain, and evolve Python-based back-end services and repositories • Interface front-end applications with GraphQL APIs for internal products and external partner integrations • Visualize data and model outputs to provide analytical insights • Contribute to UX design, including wireframing, mockups, and UI/UX workflows • Implement user behavior and usage metrics across applications • Test, deploy, and monitor code using CI/CD pipelines • Refactor, unit-test, and maintain React and Python codebases • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders • Prepare and present technical or product updates to stakeholders • Evaluate new front-end and back-end technologies, tools, and design principles • Assist with broader platform development initiatives as required

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in web development • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role • Proven experience managing and developing engineering teams • 3–5+ years of professional experience in software engineering • 2–3+ years of experience with React and modern front-end development • 2–3+ years of experience with Python in production environments • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, and modern styling solutions such as SCSS or CSS • Experience designing and consuming APIs, including GraphQL • Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, CDNs, and CI/CD workflows • Familiarity with Apache Airflow, Neo4J, or similar data-driven technologies is a plus • Solid understanding of version control best practices using Git • Competency in UI/UX workflows, data visualization, and analytics-driven product development • Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Advanced English proficiency • Based in LATAM only
