📋 Description

• Draft high-impact AI prompts that solve real-world legal problems and demonstrate value across industries and practice areas. • Curate a library of sample prompts and outputs to showcase the versatility of GC AI to both prospects and customers. • Partner with in-house lawyers to deeply understand their workflows (research, contracts, diligence, document analysis, compliance, etc.) and design practical AI-powered solutions. • Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights with Product, ensuring features evolve to meet real-world legal needs. • Lead prompting workshops and training sessions to boost customer adoption and confidence in using AI effectively. • Position GC AI as the trusted legal AI partner by bringing credibility, expertise, and empathy to every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience practicing law, including at least 2 years practicing (or working in legal ops) in-house. • A genuine passion for AI and you already use it and love experimenting with it. • Proven ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively. • Hands-on experience with legal tech tools (e.g. CLM, automation, or other legal software). • Excellent client-facing skills: empathetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
