📋 Description

• Build and refine our Microsoft Word Add-in • Obsess over latency, reliability, and the micro-interactions that make the difference between "useful tool" and "can't live without it." • Architect the bridge between our AI backend and the Word document model, handling everything from tracked changes to comment threads • Ship features like playbook-driven reviews, clause libraries, and contextual drafting that outpace the competition • Collaborate with our AI team to integrate model outputs in ways that feel native to the legal workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production software, ideally with a focus on rich client applications or editor experiences • Strong expertise in TypeScript and React • Experience with Microsoft Office Add-ins, VS Code extensions, or similar embedded application development • Deep understanding of real-time collaboration patterns and document manipulation • Track record of shipping polished, user-facing features that people actually love
