📋 Description

• Support PACER Modernization Program • Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements • Document, design, and handle complicated business rules for processing operational and user data • Track requirements, development, and testing using Jira • Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives • Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience • At least 10 years of experience with 8 years specialized in IT system functional analysis in Cloud Modernization projects • BS in an IT related field • Superior functional knowledge of task order specific requirements • Experience with developing functional requirements for complex integrated IT systems • Knowledge in Business Process Automation (BPA) tools, BPMN, CMN and DMN models • Experience in zCloud and AWS Cloud Modernization • Knowledge in leveraging Generative AI to document Business Rules and Requirements • Experience with Jira
