📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end integration of BMC Remedy with the ServiceNow platform • Architect scalable and high-performance ServiceNow implementations • Serve as the technical advisor for implementations, resolving technical issues • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop migration roadmaps • Maintain and manage the CMDB and guide the architecture for ITOM tools • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows • Provide technical guidance to team members and participate in code reviews • Support business growth by contributing to proposal sections and estimates • Grow junior talent through mentoring and technical reviews • Author, review, and lead IT-related process reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience • Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices • Proven experience integrating BMC Remedy and/or Helix with ServiceNow • Deep experience with integration technologies like REST APIs, SOAP, and web services • In-depth understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks • Proficiency in at least one scripting language – preferably JavaScript • Familiarity with modern web technologies and cloud computing architectural principles • Excellent understanding of the Agile software testing process • Strong organizational and time management skills • Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator or ability to obtain within 30 days
