📋 Description

• Formulate and execute the strategy for proposals and sales agreements • Define the business structure, pricing, and proposal development • Support client negotiations • Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services aimed at business growth • Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the proposal process • Develop in-depth knowledge of the sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer segments • Review, draft, and negotiate supply and service contracts for large-scale engineering projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law and/or Engineering • Experience negotiating complex contracts • Experience in sales and proposal development • Experience working with the Energy, Oil & Gas, and/or Mining/Metals market segments • Proficiency in Portuguese and English • Stakeholder management and communication skills
