• Oversee the ITO & OTR Contract Management (CM) function for the Grid Automation and Software (GA&S) turnkey business. • Provide strategic support for project risk/opportunity identification and mitigation. • Develop and mentor the Project Management (PM) community on essential CM practices. • Lead contractual strategy and support in the event of potential or active disputes. • Challenge Return on Risk (ROR) assessments during Tender Deal Reviews and develop robust mitigation strategies. • Streamline GA&S ITO instructions to ensure consistency and quality across all GA offers and improve PO issuance process. • Identify and capture claim/revenue opportunities within software-heavy deals. • Partner with Sourcing to implement B2B contracting practices that effectively transfer project risk. • Design and facilitate global training programs covering core ITO and OTR principles and processes. • Provide targeted support for regions with a low maturity index by improving CM practices in ITO & OTR community. • Conduct dedicated workshops for regional ITO/OTR teams focused on contract strategy, risk-opportunity management, case studies, etc.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • At least 14+ years’ experience in contract management on both ITO & OTR side with a proven track record in international contracts within electrical industry or related fields. • Strong ability to assess project risks and translate them into actionable contractual strategy. • Ability to influence global stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in diverse regulatory environments. • Deep understanding of the intersection between B2B procurement, project delivery, and electrical/software service contracts. • Ability for international travel (approx 4 time in a year) and flexibility to work in different time zones. • Legal and Project Management experience would have added advantage • Good interpersonal and responsive skills
