📋 Description

• Lead commercial activities for the Power Transmission business line across assigned customer accounts and sales territories • Develop and execute commercial strategies for Power Transmission products and services, including power and distribution transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, disconnectors and instrument transformers, power quality and power sensing devices, and related services • Develop account plans to support execution of commercial strategies and achievement of sales objectives • Collaborate with product line teams and external manufacturers’ sales representatives to achieve order intake objectives • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer decision-makers in support of account strategies • Maintain accurate forecasts of orders, margins, and sales for assigned customer accounts using the Salesforce CRM application • Facilitate and support cash and receivables management activities for assigned customer accounts • Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing • Perform periodic account reviews with leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or a relevant field required • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a sales, account management, proposal development, business development, or product management • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the electrical or utility industry in a related role • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers • Ability to travel approximately 25%, primarily within assigned accounts and sales territories, with occasional travel to domestic U.S. and international manufacturing locations • Valid driver's license required
