📋 Description

• Lead the global Energy Storage Controls engineering team • Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process end-to-end • Collaborate with Application Engineering, Product Engineering, and Product Leadership • Own controls, HMI (Human Machine Interface), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) engineering processes • Define and advance Verification and Validation (V&V) methods • Represent GE Vernova at industry events and within professional societies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field from an accredited institution • Significant experience in control systems engineering • Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems strongly preferred • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with regulatory standards and grid codes relevant to energy storage • Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and EGD (Ethernet Global Data)
