📋 Description

• Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. • Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. • Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. • The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.). • Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions utilizing the Software Suite. • Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects. • Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects. • Participate in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations. • Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments. • Is responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). • Advanced experience in the Services & Digital Implementation Services. • Experience with software implementation project and customer facing projects. • PM certification. • Time management system knowledge. • Advanced English knowledge. • Desirable Spanish knowledge. • Availability to travel (30% of the time in the month).
