📋 Description

• Develop and lead a team of professionals providing HR Operations support. • Oversee and coordinate activities of Learning Administrators across sites in France. • Manage training programs and skill development plans. • Ensure compliance with French labor laws and company policies. • Maintain operational performance by leveraging metrics and trend analysis. • Foster cross-team collaboration and drive continuous improvement. • Write and update internal procedures for compliance and efficiency. • Assess the effectiveness of training programs based on performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • In-depth understanding of French labor laws related to training and skill development. • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team. • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
