⢠Lead a portfolio of supplier-to-supplier and NPI source changes through the CEM Source Change Process ⢠Plan and execute source changes while ensuring compliance with relevant GE processes ⢠Partner with Quality, Engineering, Delivery, and Source Change leadership to drive on-time delivery and executional excellence ⢠Reduce source change lead time ⢠Manage assigned source change portfolio with accountability for on-time delivery and continuity of supply KPIs ⢠Partner with supplier teams and suppliers to ensure adequate source-change planning and execution ⢠Participate in SCM daily management and problem solving ⢠Serve as the first line of problem solving for manufacturing and readiness challenges during NPI source execution ⢠Apply industry project management standards to drive actions, communication, and escalations ⢠Deploy FLIGHT DECK fundamentals to support team problem solving
⢠Minimum of 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including at least 3 years of shop floor experience ⢠Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination ⢠Proven ability to lead projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved ⢠Experience managing project schedules, priorities, and resource coordination in a fast-paced environment ⢠Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills ⢠English language proficiency at CEFR C1 level or above ⢠Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, based on business needs ⢠Flexibility to work across local and U.S. time zones as needed ⢠Strong oral and written communication skills ⢠Strong interpersonal and leadership skills ⢠Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems ⢠Knowledge and application of FLIGHT DECK principles, Standard Work, and Problem Solving
