📋 Description

• Analyse complex fault patterns in industrial refrigeration and heat pump systems, including root-cause analysis of compressor failures, performance issues, and control-system faults • Evaluate operating data, log files, trend recordings, and pressure, temperature, current, and power readings to determine appropriate measures • Provide technical support to service partners and service technicians in escalated service cases, commissioning activities, and troubleshooting assignments, including on-site support • Provide telephone and digital remote support, including assessment of measurement results, service reports, and recommended actions • Advise customers on products and solutions and process, analyse, and assess damage, complaint, warranty, and goodwill cases • Plan, manage, monitor, and document service projects, repair measures, and on-site findings • Assess the technical and commercial aspects of service activities, components, and assemblies, and calculate project costs • Create technical service information, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base content, and support product improvements and field tests

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsperson, a completed engineering degree, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in industrial refrigeration, air-conditioning, heat pump, or compressor technology • Sound knowledge of analysing and diagnosing faults in technical systems • Proficient use of Microsoft 365 and experience with ERP or service management systems; SAP and PSI Penta are preferred • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong customer and service orientation, along with excellent communication skills in a technical environment • Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region and participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call service • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
