📋 Description

• Support the development and refinement of analytics products by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, and tracking feature requests • Analyze client and internal user feedback to identify product enhancement opportunities and usability improvements • Assist senior team members in translating business and client needs into analytical use cases, dashboards, or prototype solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product build and iteration cycles • Engage with clients to validate analytics, gather feedback, and support coaching on interpretation and use of Command Center Tiles

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Math or Statistics, or related discipline OR Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience • Experience with analytic techniques: regression analysis, simulation modeling, time series forecasting, hypothesis testing using R, SAS, or similar software • Experience programming in Java, C#, or similar production-level language applied to data management, algorithms, and automation • Experience with Microsoft Office programs • Data management in SQL or Oracle, understanding of Data Mining principles and strategies • Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard development in Tableau, Qlik, or similar
