• Develop global sourcing and procurement strategies across the Infrastructure category, representing approximately $10M in spend • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal contractual terms while ensuring internal stakeholder satisfaction • Use industry knowledge and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve sourcing practices • Build relationships with critical business stakeholders to meet current and future business requirements • Define and execute sourcing or category management strategies aligned with business goals • Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT and business teams • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, internal policy, legal, and quality-system requirements • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives • Lead or support supplier transitions, audits, and performance evaluations • Monitor and report category performance metrics and implement improvements • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members • Support global and regional sourcing initiatives and projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management • Proven experience negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier performance • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization • Experience with contract terms, redlining, and negotiation • Strong leadership and influencing skills • Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience with process improvement methodologies • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure • Proficiency in sourcing tools and systems • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
