📋 Description

• As a Clinical Business Intelligence Specialist (High Acuity Care), you will play a key role in supporting healthcare organizations through the implementation, optimization, and adoption of digital and business intelligence solutions in critical care environments. • You will work closely with customers, project teams, product teams, and clinical stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve clinical workflows, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes across anesthesia, intensive care, and operating room settings. • Lead the functional aspects of software implementation and deployment projects. • Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations aligned with customer objectives. • Collaborate with customers to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting requirements, and workflow optimization opportunities. • Configure, customize, and implement applications, dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions. • Design and optimize customer workflows to support efficient clinical operations. • Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful user adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field. • Knowledge of intensive care, anesthesia, and operating room clinical workflows. • Understanding of broader hospital operations, including patient pathways, laboratory, pharmacy, billing, IT, and biomedical departments. • Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting platforms such as Sisense, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar tools. • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Analysis Services (SSAS), and multidimensional data models/cubes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions. • Experience in software implementation, consulting, healthcare IT, or clinical informatics environments is preferred. • Fluent English and Swedish; additional languages are considered an asset. • Valid driving license. • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
