📋 Description

• Drive clinical specialization through thought leadership, innovation, and accountability • Lead the Invasive Cardiology clinical education programs • Partner with global product and engineering teams for future product development • Ensure audit readiness and compliance • Develop training programs/presentations for clinical applications team • Standardize relevant programs across the business • Communicate clinical policy and procedure guidelines • Support resource planning efforts including hiring and onboarding • Manage customer post-sale escalations • Promote clinical applications education throughout customer lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5yrs experience as healthcare professional • 3+ years of experience in clinical applications organization • Excellent product/connectivity understanding • Working knowledge and healthy curiosity of current healthcare market trends • Excellent communication and moderating skills with demonstrated ability to engage with employee and customers at all levels • Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise • Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives • Willingness to travel up to 30% with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business needs
