📋 Description

• Develop strategic plans for on-prem compute, virtualization, and data center footprint aligned to business objectives • Partner with senior leaders and teams in both enterprise IT and our commercial segments • Own end-to-end operations across enterprise data centers and colocation facilities • Lead engineering and lifecycle management of server infrastructure • Own enterprise virtualization platforms and cluster operations • Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure platform services • Ensure compliance with industry compliance frameworks along with data sovereignty, privacy and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational maturity and service quality • Own and manage compute and data center budget • Engage with vendors and service providers • Lead, mentor and grow high-performing compute and data center teams

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Digital Technology & Technical Product Management • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) • Ability to align infrastructure strategy with business outcomes, including cost optimization, and risk reduction • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and workload placement strategies • Strong financial acumen, managing P&L drivers such as consumption economics, chargeback/showback, vendor negotiations, and ROI justification • Track record of influencing senior executives and business stakeholders • Demonstrated success in managing infrastructure costs and implementing FinOps practices
