📋 Description

• Respond to technical service calls for maintenance and installation, providing complete resolution of complex, multi-symptom issues on medical imaging equipment • Serve as the daily interface with physicians and technicians regarding equipment status • Work to ensure customer satisfaction • Provide assistance during account sales visits • Collaborate on the team’s technical development • Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the account team • Ensure completion of service order reports • Maintain effective quality systems and programs in accordance with GE HealthCare Service Quality and EHS policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Equipment Engineering, Mechatronics, or technical diploma in Electronics and Biomedical Equipment • Intermediate English • Experience in maintenance of medical diagnostic imaging equipment • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Belo Horizonte, MG
