📋 Description

• Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment • Troubleshoot and perform basic service repairs on customer equipment • Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installations • Engage with team members for customer solutions • Maintain relationships and ensure communication and resolution for customer satisfaction • Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements; document work performed • Recommend value-added services to customers • Utilize escalation process for corrective action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 2 years of experience serving electronic equipment • High school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience • Graduate of the GEHC Apprentice Program • Valid Driver’s License • Experience with Web applications and Microsoft suite • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required • Ability to be available after hours and work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction
