• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on imaging systems, such as computed tomography (CT) scanners, in accordance with technical documentation and/or modification instructions • Independently diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites • Resolve issues through remote diagnosis as a Regional Online Engineer • Complete service reports, worksheets, maintenance records, and other required documentation on time • Attend regular training sessions on technical innovations, including training abroad • Maintain tools, instruments, and test equipment and ensure their calibration • Support the sales team in continuously expanding the customer base • Provide on-site customer consultation and troubleshooting
• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, medical technology, information technology, or mechatronics, and/or equivalent training • Relevant experience in medical technology, preferably with imaging systems • Strong technical and analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills • Willingness to travel regularly • Very good German and good English skills • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office • Valid driver’s license
