📋 Description

• Drive a cross functional team to deliver on all Channel partner program(s) deliverables within the regions • Drive Channel Partner growth initiatives to achieve service, quality and timeliness of regions objectives • Interface between the region and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requests • Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the regions advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, solutions to issues • Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics • Interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong oral and written communications skills • Strong program execution skills • Strong strategic mind and clear thinker • Significant experience in Product Management & Program Management for roles outside of the USA • College degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 8 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) for roles in the USA
