📋 Description

• Use technical knowledge to install, monitor, and customize clients' systems • Collaborate with Sales, Project Manager, customer IT, and biomed to implement solutions • Ensure a client has a positive experience with the purchased product • Assess and remediate existing infrastructure for installation of new solution • Perform installation, validation, and connectivity on assigned equipment • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify needs and ensure satisfaction • Provide instruction on equipment operation, diagnostics, and effective use

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or associates degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience in installing and configuring network equipment • 1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience • Demonstrated experience with communicating and remediating enterprise networking infrastructure • Demonstrated experience implementing disaster recovery procedures • Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices • Understanding of cyber security vulnerabilities
