📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end operational management of distributor, wholesaler, and sales representative contract lifecycles • Draft, review, execute, renew, amend, extend, and terminate contracts with cross-functional teams • Track contract coverage, expiry dates, status, renewal timelines, obligations, repository accuracy, and remediation actions • Identify third parties without valid contract coverage and drive risk-based remediation • Manage customers without valid coverage through controls, escalation pathways, ordering restrictions, and documentation requirements • Enforce approved templates and coordinate due diligence, compliance, legal, regulatory, trade compliance, privacy, competition law, and anti-corruption assessments • Lead, coach, and develop a team of contract specialists • Establish governance routines for renewals, lapsed coverage, risks, audit readiness, and remediation • Support investigations, audits, compliance reviews, and management responses • Transform contracting into a standardized, lean, transparent, and controlled operating model • Implement standard work, templates, process documentation, operating rhythms, Daily Management, technologies, automation, and reporting • Build KPIs, dashboards, performance reviews, action tracking, and governance routines • Monitor contract lifecycle performance and use data to drive prioritization, escalation, resource allocation, and improvements • Build relationships and align stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Operations, Sales, and regional leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in contract drafting and management, commercial contracting, legal operations, public procurement, commercial operations, or a related field • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical technology, or another regulated industry preferred • Experience managing distributor networks, regulated healthcare, cross-border contracting teams, governance frameworks, and internal or external audits strongly preferred • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, distributor or indirect customer contracting, compliance requirements, risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks within regulated healthcare • Proven team leadership, priority setting, accountability, operational execution, and team capability development • Experience leading process transformation, standardization, lean initiatives, Daily Management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence programs • Strong analytical skills, KPI definition, performance transparency, operational data interpretation, gap identification, and improvement actions • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills • High attention to detail, organizational discipline, quality, compliance, documentation accuracy, process adherence, and audit readiness • Ability to operate with sound judgment, autonomy, and ownership within defined decision-making boundaries • Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions, cultures, and regulatory environments • Experience leading organizational change and sustaining behavioral change • Lean, project management, process excellence, workflow transformation, or contract lifecycle system experience strongly preferred • Experience with contract workflows, lifecycle tools, and IT tools such as Salesforce.com highly advantageous • Fluent English required; additional languages relevant to PDx International are a plus
