📋 Description

• Support closing and reporting activities • Assist with forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans • Produce recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for Segment leadership • Analyze orders, sales, margin, productivity, inflation, and other KPIs • Identify financial trends, performance drivers, opportunities, and risks • Develop financial analyses for commercial, operational, and strategic decisions • Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations • Support profitability and contribution margin analysis • Build and maintain reporting tools • Deliver financial insights to finance and operating leaders • Drive finance process simplification, standardization, and documentation • Support automation initiatives using Power BI, AI, data analytics, and digital tools • Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and forecasting accuracy • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge repositories • Participate in global and regional finance transformation projects • Collaborate with Segment, Zone, Commercial, Operations, Pricing, Marketing, and FP&A teams • Support strategic initiatives and special projects • Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the finance organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative discipline • Proven professional experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, accounting, business analytics, or related domain • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and multicultural environment • Knowledge of enterprise financial systems and reporting tools preferred • Experience with automation, AI, data modeling, or process transformation initiatives preferred • Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes preferred • Ability to translate complex data into simple business insights preferred • Demonstrated curiosity, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement attitude preferred
