• Drive sales: Acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships. • Target audience: Focus on urologists, general and visceral surgeons, and neurosurgeons in hospitals and private practices. • Expand territory: Grow your sales territory through dedication and excellent customer communication while keeping your sales targets in focus. • Product demonstrations: Independently organize product demonstrations and manage sales projects through to successful completion. • Customer satisfaction: Develop strong long-term relationships with customers, with a primary focus on high customer satisfaction. • Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues from Applications, Field Service and Office teams to maximise sales potential. • Represent GE HealthCare: Represent us at trade shows, congresses and workshops, occasionally including weekends. • Comply with policies: Work in accordance with company policies and quality processes.
• Education: You have a commercial, technical or clinical education, or a relevant university degree. • Sales experience: You have a successful track record in medical technology sales in the hospital market. • Passion for people and technology: You demonstrate interest and enthusiasm for people, sales and medical technology. • Language skills: You have fluent German and good written and spoken English. • Technical skills: You are proficient in common MS Office applications; Salesforce experience is a plus. • Residence: You live in your sales territory (Baden-Württemberg), are willing to travel regularly for work, and hold a valid driver's license.
• Flexible working: Enjoy the flexibility to work from a home office anywhere within the sales territory, with regular travel to customer sites. • Company car: We provide a company car that may also be used for private purposes.
