📋 Description

• Support the Product Management team in the Maternal & Infant Care segment with selected tasks and projects • Research, prepare, and analyze market, customer, and competitor information • Contribute to the preparation of product and marketing activities • Prepare and document product and customer information and ensure it remains up to date in relevant systems • Support forecasting, reporting, and analysis, including the preparation of relevant performance metrics • Contribute to product launches and product enhancements • Support the management of customer and clinical contacts • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Operations • Gradually assume responsibility for defined tasks and projects as part of the trainee program • Gain an understanding of relevant product management processes and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in nursing, healthcare, medical technology, medicine, business administration, or a comparable field; ideally with exposure to obstetrics or neonatology (e.g., as a midwife) • Interest in Maternal & Infant Care, clinical applications, and medical products • Interest in market, customer, and competitive analysis • Analytical and structured approach to work, with the ability to present complex information clearly • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a confident manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders • Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and an interest in developing a career in product management • Willingness to travel regularly for business • Very good German and English language skills
