📋 Description

• Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales and revenue targets; • Develop long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs. • Development and execution of sales strategies and tactical plans; • Provide accurate sales forecasting for the region; • Observe and report market development and ensure corrective actions if necessary; • Attend conferences and trade shows to increase awareness of ultrasound products among physicians and hospital administrators who purchase diagnostic equipment. • Provide feedback to the Marketing Department regarding trends and changes discovered during sales activities. • Coordinate the scheduling of clinical demonstrations at various locations throughout territory. • Arrange for transportation of equipment and coordinate the logistics of product evaluations. • Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product introductions, and new marketing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Minimum of three years of successful sales experience required preferably in a medical device environment. • Knowledgeable of ultrasound technology (or Medical Imaging) and its applications in medical settings preferred. • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with customers and other healthcare professionals. • Strong organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and decision making. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. • Self-motivated to work independently with little direct supervision.
