• Conduct investigations to determine policy coverage and liability • Evaluate, negotiate, and settle third party injury claims • Maintain a pending diary of claims, which you will work through settlement and resolution • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient, accurate, and courteous interactions • Continue to develop your skills in evaluating injuries of increasing complexity

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years handling commercial attorney represented bodily injury or uninsured motorist bodily injury demand claims • Must have commercial experience investigating and resolving coverage and liability investigations • Must have strong written communication skills • Must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments • Must be able to speak in a clear, empathetic and professional manner by telephone • Must be able to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations • Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills • Must be able to multi-task • Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
