📋 Description

• Develop existing customers • Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned sales territory • Manage and close projects with support from internal specialists • Prepare pricing and quotations and follow them up • Conduct customer loss analyses and develop win‑back strategies • Draft and monitor contracts; implement action plans in case of deviations • Plan and execute the regional sales budget • Handle customer complaints • Create reports using cubes and CRM systems • Provide support at trade shows and events

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in food technology or completed vocational training in the food sector (e.g., bakery, dairy) with an additional business qualification • Ideally, some experience selling technically complex products in a B2B (Food) environment • Strong sales orientation, team spirit and a hands‑on mentality • Ability to persuade and motivate customers through sound consulting • Independent, organized and reliable work style • Business‑fluent English • MS Office skills and willingness to learn and use new tools (e.g., CRM/ERP systems) in daily work • Resident in Austria • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (target: 60% travel) • Driver’s license for passenger car
