• Development of existing customers • Identification and acquisition of new customers within the defined sales territory • Project management and closure with support from internal specialist functions • Quotation calculation and follow-up • Customer loss analyses and development of win-back strategies • Contract preparation and monitoring; action plan for deviations • Planning and implementation of the regional sales budget • Handling of claims and complaints • Preparation of reports using cubes and CRM systems • Support at trade shows and events
• Degree in food technology or completed vocational training in the food sector (e.g., bakery, dairy) with additional business/management qualification • Ideally, initial experience in selling complex/technical products in a B2B (food) environment • Strong sales orientation, team spirit and a hands-on mentality • Ability to persuade through excellent advisory skills and motivation • Independent, organized and reliable working style • Business fluent English • MS Office skills and willingness to learn and use new tools (e.g., CRM/ERP systems) in daily work • Resident in Austria • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (target: 60% travel) • Driving license for passenger car (valid)
