📋 Description
• Develop and expand long-term customer relationships • Actively identify and acquire new B2B customers across Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary • Plan, implement, and achieve the regional sales targets and budget • Manage and close sales projects • Conduct customer churn analyses and develop win-back strategies • Ensure customer satisfaction by professionally handling feedback and complaints • Prepare sales reports and analyses to guide sales activities • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Food Technology or a related field • Proven sales experience in Austria, Slovenia and Croatia • Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills • Willingness to travel frequently • Organized, reliable, and positive mindset • Valid driving licence • Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or relevant technical expertise • Confident use of MS Office and experience with an ERP system • Excellent German and English language skills
