• Achieving sales, revenue, EBIT and cost targets across the MEA region • Leading and developing the regional team • Defining and implementing the regional distributor and affiliate setup strategy • Driving strategic planning, budgeting and performance management • Identifying market expansion and business development opportunities • Supporting distributors in sales, marketing and business planning • Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) • Leading regional meetings, trainings and congress activities • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and representing Global Sales in regional initiatives
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Life Sciences or a related field; MBA or PhD is an advantage • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable international commercial leadership role • Proven leadership experience managing medium-sized teams • Experience in setting up local affiliates (legal entity, registration, import, training & education) for direct or via distributors sales development • Experience in MEA region tender business management directly or via distributors • Experience in local acquisitions, product portfolio development is a plus • Experience in working with international dental distributors, ideally within the healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry • Strong strategic, operational, commercial and leadership skills • Fluent in English; Arabic, Turkish and/or French are an advantage • Willingness to travel internationally within the MEA region
