📋 Description

• Maintain regular communication with alumni through structured updates and check-ins • Support the onboarding of new alumni into the community ecosystem • Respond to alumni queries in a timely and professional manner • Coordinate logistics for events, peer-to-peer activities, and community initiatives • Support scheduling and follow-up of engagement activities • Ensure smooth execution of community touchpoints • Maintain and update the alumni tracker / CRM with accurate and up-to-date information • Monitor engagement signals (activity, availability, responsiveness) • Ensure data consistency to support Talent and BD workflows • Promote relevant projects and engagement opportunities to alumni • Collect feedback, testimonials, and success stories from alumni • Support the dissemination of insights across internal teams • Liaise with Talent and Business Development teams to communicate alumni availability and readiness • Support alignment between community activity and project pipeline needs • Track alumni engagement metrics and participation levels • Monitor response times and activity trends • Support reporting on community health and re-engagement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in community management, digital marketing, talent engagement, or program coordination • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing a community • Strong organizational and project management skills • Strong data management experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Teams)
